How The Program Works

You then link to Surfers Choice via a text link or by using our creative media. You should also use this link to visit our site and the program will then count your banner impressions as well.

The Benefits To You

Collectively all Surf Club Members will share in 30% of the profits from all operations of this site (other than revenues generated from awards and submission services). You may join the Affiliate Program as well, if you wish. It is pure and simple profit sharing.

Your earnings are calculated as a percentage of the banner impressions sent via your link. To join the program please read the Terms and Conditions below and then complete the form further down the page.

Terms and Conditions

• Machine gun clicking by a member site will result in the immediate removal of the offending site and forfeiture of all pending commissions. Our system has the ability to determine the source of any attempts to defraud.
• Commissions are paid monthly to those sites that have accumulated $25 or more in commissions.
• Member Sites cannot promote using Spam. Our tolerance for Spam is zero.
• Surfers Choice is not responsible for the failure of any third party tracking software and shall be held without harm in the event of any loss of commissions in the event of such an occurence.
• You must be of legal age in your Country and cannot enter into this Agreement unless you can enter into a contract.
• You agree that as a SC Surf Club Member you are an independent contractor, and not an employee, agent, partner, legal representative, or franchisee of SC. You further agree not to incur any debt, expense, obligation on behalf of, for, or in the name of SC.
• You must undertake to ensure that links are properly setup and working. SC cannot pay commissions if there is faulty reporting from your Web site.
• Both SC and you reserve the right to terminate this agreement at any time. The term of this Agreement shall be for a period of six months from the date hereof and shall automatically renew upon each anniversary, without further act of the parties, unless either party has terminated this Agreement by written notice to the other. If terminated, outstanding commissions at time of termination shall be paid in the next payment so long as the terms of this agreement were not violated by you. Payment of the final commission payment to the you may be withheld for a reasonable time in order to ensure that the correct amount is paid.
• In the event that a provision to this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the balance of the Agreement will remain in full force and effect.
• This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the Laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

• A site that contains porn (Nudity in art is probably not porn - as in paintings, tatoos, etc. However, the crass depiction of sexual acts as in an adult Web site would be considered porn) , hate, political propaganda, or violence.

• Sites that promote SPAM, UCE or bulk mail services, Warez or password sites.

• Sites that are involved with pyramid schemes or any activity that is illegal.

• We reserve the right to accept or reject a site for any reason.
